Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and efficient service management.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from HOODIORA
- Are in their original condition
- Have manufacturing defects
- Were incorrectly shipped items
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
Return Process

- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with all original tags and packaging

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For defective items, we will cover return shipping costs
- Partial refunds may be issued for items showing signs of wear or use
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Contact customer service within 30 days of delivery
- Ensure the item is unworn with original tags attached
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We'll provide a return shipping label for Canadian addresses
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns will not be accepted in these situations:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- Package refused at delivery without prior authorization
- Items lost or damaged due to inadequate return packaging
- Returns sent to incorrect address
